The tour operates as a half-day experience with two rounds per day:
Morning tour: Pick-up at 08:30 hrs, returning to your hotel at approximately 12:30 hrs
Afternoon tour: Pick-up at 13:00 hrs, returning to your hotel at approximately 17:00 hrs
The pick-up and return times are fixed for each round, so if you would like to join the morning tour on 26th December, your pick-up will be at 08:30 hrs and return at around 12:20 hrs.

If the Agent wishes to cancel any booked and confirmed services, a written request must be submitted to ORIENTAL ESCAPE. Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

More than 2 days before arrival – No cancellation fee

1 day before arrival – 50% of the total tour price

No-show – 100% of the total tour price

Special cancellation fees may apply if specified in the quotation. ORIENTAL ESCAPE reserves the right to claim additional losses exceeding the standard cancellation fee if sufficient proof of such losses can be provided.

In such cases, the client has the right to demonstrate that no loss has occurred or that the actual loss is significantly lower than the claimed amount. Additionally, ORIENTAL ESCAPE may pass on any extra costs imposed by service providers (e.g., fees for unoccupied hotel rooms or transport seats) to the client.
