We had requested and paid for an Executive Van but the van used was not as we saw on your website. The van we used today from Amari Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi airport was what we expected of an Executive van. The driver was very good, arriving earlier than the appointed pick-up time. He was also very alert. Driver who picked us up from the airport to the on 2 December was not happy about having a bike box in his van. We were also informed by the ground staff to inform in the future about the bike box which I had already done so during the booking.
