Before you book
- What is the difference between Airport VIP Fast Track and Airport Representative?

Airport VIP Fast Track: For arrivals, our staff meet you at the airbridge (jet bridge), before immigration, and guide you through the priority immigration lane, subject to airport rules and eligibility.
Airport Representative: Our representative meets you in the public arrivals hall, after you have passed immigration, collected your luggage and cleared customs, then helps you find your waiting vehicle. This service does not include an airbridge welcome or Fast Track immigration.
Booking an Airport Transfer with Oriental Escape? Airport Representative service is already included, so you do not need to book it separately. VIP Fast Track is a separate service and must be booked additionally if required.
- Where do I meet the representative for my airport transfer?

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, head to the meeting point shown in your booking confirmation. Our representative will welcome you with a name sign and help you reach your vehicle. The exact exit or meeting area varies by airport, so please follow your confirmation details.
- How do I arrange a limousine or luggage truck?

Use Transfer booking for both. Enter the journey details and select the appropriate vehicle. A luggage truck is separate from passenger transport; contact us if the required vehicle or route is not shown.
- What if my flight changes or I have a special request?

Send our team your booking reference and updated flight details as soon as possible. We will check what can be rearranged and explain any change to the price. Please raise mobility needs, extra luggage or other requests before booking so we can confirm what is possible.
