- Hourly service is calculated from the moment your driver departs your pick-up point until returning to the same location.
- For long-distance one-way journeys (e.g., Bangkok to Chiang Mai), hourly rates do not apply—as the vehicle must return empty to its base. These trips will be quoted separately to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
- You may split your hourly booking into multiple sessions within the same day. For example: use 6 hours in the morning, and another 4 hours in the evening. Idle time between sessions will not be charged.
- In Phuket and Koh Samui, the minimum booking starts from 4 hours.
- Rates apply only to travel on flat or standard city routes. For journeys involving steep mountain roads or high-altitude routes, please check the price with our staff again.
- For travel in Koh Samui and Koh Chang, where fuel prices differ from the mainland, a fuel surcharge of THB 200 / vehicle / hour applies.

Our booking system intentionally separates the Bangkok–Samui journey into two parts:
- Bangkok to Donsak Pier (on the mainland) /
- Samui Pier to your hotel (on the island)

This is because the full journey from Bangkok to Samui involves multiple travel segments, each with different cost components. Specifically, the transfer consists of:
>> A long-distance drive of approximately 700 kilometers from Bangkok to Donsak Pier, which takes around 10 hours.
>> A ferry crossing to Samui Island, which operates hourly and takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
>> A final land transfer from Samui Pier to your hotel, typically 40–60 minutes depending on location.

Rather than offering a fixed rate, we quote this service on a custom basis for the following reasons:
- Some clients prefer to switch to a second vehicle on Samui Island. This avoids the additional ferry charges required to transport a vehicle and driver to and from the island.
- Others prefer to retain the same vehicle and driver throughout the entire journey for continuity and convenience. This option incurs additional costs for round-trip ferry transport of the vehicle and personnel.
- Pricing also depends on the final destination in Samui, ferry schedules, and operational logistics.

The meeting point at Samui Airport is conveniently located in front of the Information Counter, near the parking area exit.
Once you arrive at Samui Airport and have collected your luggage from the baggage claim area, you will exit into the public arrivals hall. From there, follow the signs leading towards the Meeting Area, which is the designated spot for private transfers and pre-arranged pickups.

To reach the meeting point, you will need to walk approximately 100 meters from the arrivals exit. Along the way, you will pass various airport facilities, including baggage services and passenger seating areas.

The meeting point is strategically placed in a spacious and open area, making it easy for you to spot your driver. Our representative will be waiting at this meeting point, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
