I saw your advertisement and would like to explain my situation:
In January this year, I was denied entry to Thailand at Don Mueang Airport, reportedly because I had “been in the country too long.” During this process, my passport and ID were taken, and I was held under harsh conditions for approximately 20 hours without food, water, or sleep. At no point did I violate Thai immigration laws—my previous stays were always legal, including border runs arranged through official visa companies, and I never exceeded my permitted duration.
I hold an Israeli passport, which allows visa-exempt entry to Thailand for up to 60 days. I have not stayed in Thailand at all during 2026, except for the few hours I was held at Don Mueang Airport in January. My time since then has been spent in Laos and Vietnam, fully outside of Thailand.
I was forced to purchase an expensive flight back to Laos the following morning. Upon arrival in Laos, I was initially refused entry due to a lack of Thai entry stamps, but an immigration officer eventually allowed me to stay at a hotel for 24 hours to arrange onward travel to Vietnam.
I am a law-abiding individual with no criminal record, a professional working online, and hold a Master’s degree while currently studying for a PhD.
Given this background, I would like to know: Will it be possible for me to enter Thailand via Suvarnabhumi Airport next month without encountering the same issues? I am seeking guidance to ensure full compliance with Thai immigration regulations and avoid any difficulties upon arrival.
