For a larger arrival list, share the flights, hotels, passenger notes and timetable in a spreadsheet. Our office can sort the movements, identify compatible pickups and return a consolidated plan for review.

During the service, the operations team works from the confirmed schedule. If a flight changes, affected assignments can be reviewed without losing sight of the rest of the group. Onsite coordinators can also be arranged when the scale and meeting points require them.
