You should be able to settle into the vehicle without wondering whether the driver knows the plan. We work with full-time professional drivers who hold the licences required for public passenger transport and who are selected for safe, patient driving.

Driver screening includes identity and background checks, a non-smoking requirement and clear rules against alcohol while working. Experienced drivers also help us assess new drivers, because road judgement and temperament matter as much as familiarity with a route.

Before travel, the driver receives the confirmed pickup, destination and service notes. Job tracking and proof-of-service updates help the office follow the work. English ability varies, but drivers receive the practical journey details in advance and can contact the operations team when more explanation is needed.

A fair working rate gives a driver time to maintain and clean the vehicle and to do the job without rushing from one assignment to the next. That steadiness is part of the experience we want you to feel.
