"The car was excellent and we found the driver/location well with the photo provided.
I would like to complain about the size of the vehicle though. We were 5 passengers and the driver only had space for 4 seats once he loaded the luggage in. I hadn’t realised until the luggage was loaded that this left my son without a seat and he spent the entire trip in to the city squeezed on the vehicle floor without a seatbelt.

The bus was in great condition — clean, spacious, and equipped with a TV and microphone. The air conditioning was a bit too cold at times, but nothing too uncomfortable. The driver was professional and drove safely throughout the trip. We made a stop at a gas station with clean restrooms, which was very convenient. What stood out most for me was the onboard staff — polite, helpful, and always making sure our group was complete before we continued from each stop.
