Reserve a private vehicle with a professional driver for meetings, sightseeing or an itinerary with several stops. Share the planned destinations in advance so our operations team can check the route and suitable vehicle.
Published hourly prices apply to travel on normal, mainly flat roads. Mountain and steep-road itineraries require a separate quotation. Phuket and Koh Samui have a four-hour minimum. A fuel surcharge of THB 200 per vehicle per hour applies on Koh Samui and Koh Chang.

Please share your intended destinations in advance. This allows our team to check route feasibility, estimate travel time and brief the assigned driver before the service. The final sequence may change with traffic, opening hours and conditions on the day.
Note:
- Hourly service is calculated from the moment your driver departs your pick-up point until returning to the same location.
- For long-distance one-way journeys (e.g., Bangkok to Chiang Mai), hourly rates do not apply—as the vehicle must return empty to its base. These trips will be quoted separately to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
- You may split your hourly booking into multiple sessions within the same day. For example: use 6 hours in the morning, and another 4 hours in the evening. Idle time between sessions will not be charged.
- In Phuket and Koh Samui, the minimum booking starts from 4 hours.
- Rates apply only to travel on flat or standard city routes. For journeys involving steep mountain roads or high-altitude routes, please check the price with our staff again.
- For travel in Koh Samui and Koh Chang, where fuel prices differ from the mainland, a fuel surcharge of THB 200 / vehicle / hour applies.

- Cash payment to the driver is available for eligible bookings. Please check the payment method shown in your confirmation.
- Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Some services require payment in advance; our team will confirm this before you book.
Note
- Prices (฿ THB - Thai Baht) are per vehicle for the stated booking duration.
- Hourly and daily transport is available in Bangkok and other service areas. For a start outside Bangkok, or a pickup with an entrance fee such as Laem Chabang Port, ask our team to confirm the applicable rate.
- Please share steep access roads, ferry crossings or other special route requirements before booking so we can check the vehicle and quotation.

Our hourly private car rental service includes a private vehicle with an experienced driver, fuel or electric charging costs, bottled drinking water, all expressway and motorway toll fees, and one baby car seat upon request. Transportation insurance is provided, and all government taxes are already included—there are no hidden service charges.
However, the service does not include parking fees, admission fees to tourist attractions or national parks, or entrance charges of any kind. Additionally, if your trip requires the driver to stay overnight out of town, accommodation for the driver is not included and may need to be arranged separately.

Most of our drivers are able to communicate in basic English. However, if there is ever a situation where the driver does not fully understand or is unsure about your request, they will immediately contact our office to clarify and confirm your needs directly with you.
