Where will I meet my guide or driver at Laem Chabang Cruise Port?

Laem Chabang Port has several cruise berths, and the exact meeting point depends on where your ship docks.

A1 Terminal: Our representative will meet you at the designated meeting area on the ground floor inside the passenger terminal building.
A2 and similar berths: Our representative will normally meet you at the designated passenger meeting point near the area where you disembark, usually close to the port reception/coordination tent.
C3 Terminal: This is a restricted cargo terminal. Private vehicles and outside representatives are not permitted to meet passengers directly beside the ship. The port normally provides a shuttle bus from the ship to the designated meeting area near the cargo terminal entrance, where our representative will be waiting for you.

Our representative will be holding a sign with your name at the designated meeting point. Once you meet our representative, they will escort you to the nearest available vehicle pickup point.

If the vehicle is parked farther away due to port restrictions or traffic conditions, you may be asked to wait at the meeting point while the driver brings the vehicle to the nearest permitted pickup area.

There is no need to search for your driver yourself. Simply follow your cruise line's instructions to the official passenger meeting area, and our representative will be waiting for you there.

Please note that disembarkation times can vary depending on the number of passengers and port procedures. Our team normally arrives before the scheduled pickup time so that we are ready if you disembark earlier than expected.
