A straightforward start to your stay
Khao Lak hotels are spread along the coast, so the name of the area alone is not enough to plan every pickup. Send the full resort name or location. We check the actual journey and confirm the destination and price before you book.
Provide your flight number and arrival date. Your arrival transfer includes a representative meeting in the public arrivals area after airport formalities; follow the instructions in your confirmation. Our team monitors flight changes and coordinates the pickup. VIP Fast Track is a separate service.
A family with large suitcases or a stroller may need more luggage space than the passenger count suggests. Tell us what you are bringing and request child seats in advance. We confirm a suitable car, MPV or van for the route and date.
For a return flight, share the departure details so we can review your resort pickup time. If you are moving on to Phuket or Krabi, give us the next hotel address. Sightseeing and extended stops should be arranged before booking, rather than assumed to be included in a direct transfer.

- Where do we meet for our Phuket Airport pickup?
