- The luggage truck is an enclosed, one-door cargo vehicle.
- It is not designed or equipped for the transport of pets or live animals.
- The rear cargo door opens from one side only. Customers may bring and use their own padlock or locking system if desired.
- Transporting high-value goods is not recommended. If customers choose to do so, a representative must accompany the vehicle throughout the entire journey to ensure security.

"Our airport transfer driver on 10/23 asked me to verify the hotel where he’s supposed to drop us off on his phone while he was driving. He seemed to have gotten lost.
I gave him a unsatisfied rating because he did not drop us off at the hotel lobby entrance of the Hilton Garden Inn Riverside. He dropped us off at the entrance of the ICS mall and just left us there with our 6 luggages. It was a terrible experience especially traveling with my 85 year old mother and disabled brother.
He also was not helpful with passengers getting on and off the van. He did not move the seat forward so passengers in the third row can get on and off easily,
Your driver was in a hurry to leave and did not care much about ensuring we were in the right drop off location. Please tell this driver that his level of service for our drop off is really bad.
Before driving off he did ask me to check the van to ensure we did not leave anything behind which was good.
Thankfully the ICS security lady helped us find our way to the back exit of the first floor of the ICS mall to reach the Hilton hotel lobby. She also got a supermarket shopping cart to carry some of our luggage.
