Musician Groups
Performing groups travel with more than passengers. Instrument cases, wardrobe, technical equipment, rehearsal times and venue access all affect the movement plan.
Send the schedule, passenger list and case dimensions as early as possible. We will check luggage capacity separately from seating capacity and can coordinate different vehicles for artists, crew and equipment when one vehicle is not the sensible answer.
Venue loading rules, permits and secure storage are not assumed. Tell us what the organiser or venue has already arranged so responsibilities can be confirmed before the group travels.
