Choose a premium or luxury car for the couple, with space considered for formal clothing and personal belongings. We confirm the vehicle category or requested model before you book.
Keep the family journeys together
Vans and MPVs can collect parents and smaller guest groups, while individual cars serve VIPs or different schedules. For larger groups, we coordinate with our Bus & Coach service.
One timetable for your planner and our team
Send your wedding timetable and guest movements in Excel. We consolidate pickups and venue timings, and agree any onsite coordination with your planner. Our office team supports the operation throughout the arranged service.
Allow for the day to move a little
Discuss preparation time, photo stops, standby and the final departure in advance. We agree the booked hours and explain how overtime or additional journeys would be handled before the day.

Before you book
- Can you arrange both the wedding car and guest vans?
- Yes. We can coordinate a premium or luxury car for the couple alongside cars, MPVs and vans for family and VIP guests. Larger guest groups can use our Bus & Coach service within the agreed transport plan.
- Can you work from our wedding planner's timetable?
- Yes. Send the timetable and guest movements in Excel. We consolidate the pickups, review the timings and agree any onsite coordination with your planner and our office team.
- Are decorations and waiting time included?
- Tell us what you need before booking. Decoration arrangements, photo stops, standby hours and any overtime terms must be agreed in the quotation; they are not automatically included with every wedding car.
