Be realistic about longer routes
An EV may not be the best choice for a very long journey, particularly on highways away from the main routes where charging options are more limited. Charging stops can add time. We will discuss this beforehand and suggest another vehicle when it better suits your plans.

- Is an electric vehicle suitable for a long-distance transfer?
- It depends on the route. Very long journeys and roads away from the main highway network may require time-consuming charging stops. We check the route and charging options before confirmation and can recommend a different vehicle.
- Can I request a particular electric vehicle?
- Yes, you can tell us your preferred model. Availability depends on the travel date, pickup area and route. Please check the vehicle category or model stated in your confirmation.
- Can an electric MPV carry a family and all their bags?
- Tell us the passenger count and bag sizes before booking. We check the seating and luggage arrangement for the actual vehicle rather than assuming every seat can be occupied alongside a full set of large suitcases.
