A group journey becomes tiring when every guest is carrying a different version of the plan. We help turn flights, hotels, vehicles, guides and meeting points into one schedule that can be checked before the group arrives.
Send a passenger list and timetable in a spreadsheet if that is easiest. The office can sort the movements, group compatible pickups and keep VIPs or guests with special needs clearly identified. For complex programmes, onsite staff can help coordinate meeting points and vehicle departures.
When a flight is delayed, the affected pickup can be reviewed without losing sight of the rest of the schedule. Final vehicle sizes, staffing and service hours are agreed in advance.
