We do not ask drivers to race a timetable. Professional drivers are expected to follow road rules and adjust their pace to traffic, weather, the vehicle and the people on board.
The operations system keeps confirmed assignments visible and records job updates from drivers. This helps the office see whether a service has been accepted and completed and to follow up when something does not match the plan.
Technology supports the work; it does not replace judgement. If you ever feel uncomfortable with the way a vehicle is being driven, tell the driver and contact the operations team as soon as it is safe to do so.
