For departures, we plan the hotel pickup around your flight and route, with your luggage and group in mind.
Know what happens when you arrive
A representative is already included
For your arrival transfer, our representative meets you in the public arrivals area after immigration, baggage collection and customs, following the meeting instructions in your confirmation. You do not need to book Airport Representative separately.
Fast Track is a different service
Airport VIP Fast Track is assistance before immigration, with an airbridge or agreed terminal meeting point and priority-lane access where eligible. It is not included with the limousine transfer and must be arranged separately if required.
Flight details keep the pickup plan current
Send your flight number and arrival date. We monitor flight changes and coordinate the affected pickup with our team. Tell us if your flight is cancelled, rebooked or changed to a different airport.
Comfort also means enough room for the bags
Choose a premium car, luxury car, MPV or VIP van to suit your party. We check luggage space and any child-seat requirements before confirmation. For departure, share the flight time and pickup address so we can discuss the timing.

Confirm the passenger details, special requests and payment method, then submit the booking.
Receive confirmation
Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the journey details, pickup arrangements and contact information.
Before you book
- Do I need to book an Airport Representative as well?
- No. Airport Representative service is already included with your Oriental Escape arrival transfer. Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation after immigration, baggage collection and customs.
- Does the limousine include VIP Fast Track?
- No. VIP Fast Track is a separate airport assistance service before immigration, with priority-lane access where eligible. The representative included with your transfer meets you in the public arrivals area after formalities.
- What if my flight is delayed?
- We monitor flight changes and coordinate the affected pickup. If you are rebooked onto another flight, your flight is cancelled or your airport changes, contact our team so we can update the arrangements.
- Where do I book the limousine?
- Use our Transfer booking system for the vehicle journey, providing the airport, destination, date, flight and passenger details. Airport assistance such as Fast Track is booked separately.
