Child Safety
Please request child seats before booking and tell us each child's age, weight and height. Age alone is not enough to confirm a safe fit. The seat must also suit the child, the vehicle and the manufacturer's instructions.
Convertible child seat
Our convertible seats are intended for children approximately 9 months to 4 years and 9-18 kg, subject to the individual child and seat limits. The first convertible child seat is complimentary for an eligible confirmed journey. Each additional convertible seat is THB 300.
Infant seat
An infant seat for a newborn or young infant is THB 300. The charge covers cleaning and preparation after every use. The approximate guide is newborn to 18 months and under 13 kg, but the final fit must follow the seat specification.
A parent or guardian remains responsible for checking that the child is secured correctly before the vehicle moves. Availability is limited, so a seat is included only when it appears on the confirmation. Please do not assume that an older child can use an adult belt without checking the child's height, the vehicle and applicable safety guidance.
