Let us know each child's age and size so we can confirm a suitable child seat. Allow time to settle everyone in before setting off. We plan the trip around safe travel, not a rushed list of stops.
Patient drivers who are comfortable with children
Our drivers understand that families may need more time, a comfort stop or help with a stroller. Tell us about your routine and any concerns so we can brief the driver before your journey.
Bring grandparents into the plan
Wheelchairs are available by prior arrangement. Tell us about walking limitations, help needed getting into the vehicle and wheelchair storage. We confirm what can be accommodated; a standard car or van should not be assumed to have a wheelchair lift or allow travel while seated in a wheelchair.

For several stops or a day out, an hourly booking can allow a gentler pace. We help match the vehicle and schedule to your family, with space for luggage, a stroller and any mobility equipment.

Before you book
- Can you provide child seats?
- Yes. Request them in advance and provide each child's age and size. We will confirm the suitable seat, availability and any applicable charge before the journey.
- Can grandparents travel with a wheelchair?
- Wheelchairs are available by prior arrangement. Tell us whether a passenger can transfer to a vehicle seat, what assistance is needed and the wheelchair dimensions. We confirm the vehicle and storage arrangement; wheelchair lifts and travel while seated in a wheelchair are not assumed to be available.
- Can we have a slower day with breaks for the children?
- Yes. An hourly private vehicle can suit a relaxed family day. Discuss the stops and timing with us beforehand so we can allow a practical schedule and confirm the booked hours.
