Low Season Itinerary (17 APR - 14 NOV): Koh Hong, Krabi & Phang Nga Bay

10:30 hrs: Boarding at Royal Phuket Marina
11:00 hrs: Departure with welcome drink and fresh towel
12:00 hrs: Gourmet lunch on board
12:30 hrs: Lagoon of Koh Hong visit
14:00 hrs: Snorkeling at Hong Island
15:30 hrs: Relaxing at Koh Lao Lading
17:30 hrs: Sunset sailing with drinks
19:00 hrs: Return to Royal Phuket Marina

High Season Itinerary (15 NOV - 16 APR): Koh Phi Phi

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
BY HYPE:

If we cannot sail safely due to bad weather, HYPE reserves the right to cancel the trip.
HYPE can offer to postpone the trip or refund 100% of the full amount.
HYPE reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in.
Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.

BY CLIENT:

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the cruising date; the charter fee will not be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the cruising date; 50% will be refunded.
For any other cancellation made more than 72 hours prior the cruising date; 10% set-up fee will be deducted.
NO SHOW 100% of the charter fee will be charged.

INSURANCE

The company provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion.
A copy of all the guest’s ID or passport is needed for the confirmation.
Swimming is allowed at the guest’s own risk, HYPE provides life jackets on board but if the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.
