1. Advance Booking Required:
   - Reservations must be made at least 1 calendar day in advance. Same-day bookings are not available.
   - Bookings made 1–2 days ahead will be pending confirmation. Bookings made 3 or more days ahead follow the standard availability criteria.
   - All services are subject to staff availability.
2. Prepayment & Cancellation Policy:
   - Full payment is required upon booking.
   - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
   - No refund will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of service time.
3. Immigration Disclaimer:
   - Our team will assist and expedite the process where possible.
   - However, entry decisions are made solely by immigration authorities and are beyond our control.
   - No refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Work Visa & DTV Notice:
   - Arrival Fast Track for travelers entering Thailand with a Non-B, work-related visa or DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) must be booked at least 2 calendar days in advance. Bookings with less notice cannot proceed.
   - If this information is not provided before booking and the traveler is unable to use the Fast Track service due to visa type or immigration procedures, no refund will be issued.
5. Baggage Handling Policy:
   - Fast Track staff facilitate procedures but do not carry luggage.
   - Please pre-book porter service if baggage assistance is required.
   - Porter service: THB 1,000 per staff (1 trolley for 2–3 bags).
   - The maximum number of porters that may be booked is limited to the total number of travelers included in the Fast Track booking. For example, 1 traveler may book up to 1 porter, while 2 travelers may book up to 2 porters.
   - If the quantity, size, or weight of the baggage exceeds what the booked porters can safely handle, travelers will be required to assist with the excess luggage.
6. Pet Import Assistance:
   - If you will be traveling with a pet, please notify us in advance so that we can prepare and coordinate the required assistance.
   - To help ensure a smooth arrival and import process, please make sure that all required documents for your pet are complete, valid, and ready for inspection before arrival. The relevant Thai government authorities will review these documents during the import clearance process.
   - Pet Assistance Service: THB 1,500 net per pet.
   - Government fees are not included in our service charge. Any official fees related to the animal import process must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon arrival. The final amount will be determined by the authorities after they have reviewed your documentation.
7. Golf Cart (Electric Cart) Service at SAT-1 Terminal:
   - At the new SAT-1 Terminal, the layout is designed so that golf carts (electric carts) are no longer required or available.
   - Our professional staff will meet you at the aircraft gate with a name sign and escort you via the terminal's APM train.
   - Upon exiting the train, you will arrive directly at the Fast Track immigration lounge for a seamless entry.
   - If a customer has booked a golf cart (electric cart) and the flight is unexpectedly reassigned to arrive at SAT-1 Terminal, making it impossible for us to provide the cart, the golf cart service fee will be refunded to the customer.
   - The following airlines operate from the SAT-1 Terminal: Air Canada (AC), Aircalin (SB), Asiana Airlines (OZ), Austrian Airlines (OS), British Airways (BA), Centrum Air (C6), Condor (DE), Ethiopian Airlines (ET), Hainan Airlines (HU), Iberojet (E9), ITA Airways (AZ), Indigo Airlines (6E), Korean Airlines (KE), LOT Polish Airlines (LO), Lucky Air (8L), Lufthansa (LH), Mahan Air (W5), Maldivian (Q2), Mongolian Airlines (OM), Qatar Airways (QR), Ruili Airlines (DR), Scandinavian Airlines (SK), Siberia Airlines (S7), Spring Airlines (9C), Starlux Airlines (JX), Swiss International Airlines (LX), Thai Airways International (TG), Thai Viet Jet Air (VZ), T'Way Air (TW), Turkish Airlines (TK).
8. Remote Stand / Bus Gate Arrivals:
   - If your aircraft parks at a remote stand that is not connected to a jet bridge and passengers are transported by airport shuttle bus, our Fast Track assistant will wait for you inside the main passenger terminal building.
   - The tarmac and bus arrival gates are heavily restricted areas under airport security regulations. Only airline personnel and airport ramp staff are permitted to enter these zones, so our meet-and-greet staff cannot hold a name sign at the aircraft steps or bus drop-off doors.
   - Our assistant will wait at the nearest meeting point authorized by the airport: inside the main terminal building, at the top of the escalator or walkway immediately after you exit the airport shuttle bus zone.
9. Flight Changes or Delays:
   - Please notify us of any changes to your flight details as soon as possible.
   - Adjustments are subject to staff availability.
10. Passport Name Requirement:
    - Full passport names of all travelers are required prior to service.
    - The number of names must match the number of guests booked.
    - Incomplete information may result in delays or service refusal.
