How many days in advance is required to book the Fast Track service?
Fast Track service should be book at least 48 hours (2 Days) in advance.
Where will the Fast Track staff meet me?
Our Fast Track staff will be waiting for you at the airbridge exit, holding a sign with your name.

We apologize, but the Fast Track service must be booked at least 48 hours (2 Days) in advance.
Can I use the Fast Track service if I hold a work visa?
Passengers holding a Thai Business Visa or Thai Work Permit are not eligible for the Fast Track Immigration Service. These passengers must proceed through the regular immigration lanes upon arrival.
What is included in the Fast Track service fee?
The Fast Track service includes assistance from our staff and access to the Fast Track immigration lane. Additional services, such as buggy transportation or porter assistance, are available only if selected during the booking process.
Can I book the Baggage Porter Service separately?
No, the Baggage Porter Service cannot be booked separately. It is an optional add-on that must be purchased in conjunction with our VIP Fast Track Service.
Why am I unable to make a last-minute booking?
Our VIP Airport Fast Track service requires advance document processing, pre-clearance checks, and strict staff scheduling to ensure a seamless experience. As a result, we are unable to accept last-minute reservations. To guarantee your service, please ensure that your booking is made at least 48 hours (2 Days) in advance.
