How do I book or request a private bus or coach?
For a straightforward transfer, use our Bus & Coach booking page to check the route, date and available bus categories. For a multi-stop, event, MICE or multi-day itinerary, send the full plan through our quote request form. Our team will review the passenger count, luggage, route and operating requirements before confirmation.
What information do you need to recommend the right bus?
Please provide the travel date, pickup time and place, every stop and final destination, number of passengers, number and approximate size of bags, flight details where applicable, daily service hours and any special access or equipment requirements. For events or multi-day journeys, you may paste a link or attach the itinerary on the quote request form.
How do I choose the right minibus, bus or coach size?
Choose by both passenger count and luggage, not seats alone. Tell us the group profile and baggage load and we will recommend an appropriate category. Venue access, route conditions, trip duration and the need for extra luggage space may require a larger vehicle than the passenger count suggests.
Do your buses and coaches have seat belts?
Yes. The buses and coaches assigned to our services are fitted with passenger seat belts. Passengers should remain seated and wear the available seat belt while the vehicle is moving. If your group has children or passengers with a specific restraint requirement, please tell us before booking so compatibility can be checked.
What is included in a bus or coach quotation?
Your written quotation will state the exact inclusions for the confirmed itinerary. A standard private bus or coach service normally includes the vehicle, professional driver, fuel and road tolls for the stated route. Items such as ferry tickets, special parking or permits, overtime, driver accommodation on multi-day journeys, tour guides, attendants or coordinators will be shown separately when applicable.
Are expressway and motorway tolls included?
Yes. Expressway and motorway tolls required for the confirmed route are normally included in the quoted service. If the itinerary changes after confirmation or the group requests an additional route or stop, any resulting extra operating cost will be advised before it is added.
Is a bus attendant or transport coordinator included?
A driver is included with every vehicle, but an attendant or transport coordinator is not automatically included unless it is stated in the quotation. For airport groups, conferences, incentives, weddings and multi-bus movements, we can arrange attendants, airport representatives, tour guides or onsite transport coordinators on request. Any complimentary support or additional fee will be clearly confirmed in writing.
Does the driver speak English, and is the driver also a tour guide?
Drivers can handle basic English communication needed for pickup, routing and the journey. A driver is not a licensed tour guide and should not be expected to provide detailed commentary, manage an itinerary or coordinate a large group. An English-speaking guide, attendant or coordinator can be requested when that level of support is needed.
Can you arrange airport meeting assistance for a group?
Yes. We can arrange a representative to meet the group at the confirmed airport meeting point with a name sign and direct passengers to the vehicle loading area. Because large buses may be required to wait in a designated parking area, the representative and driver coordinate the final boarding point. Please provide the airline, flight number, arrival terminal and group leader contact details.

What happens if our flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight number provided with the booking and adjust the airport pickup for an ordinary delay. There is normally no flight-delay surcharge when the original transport plan remains operationally feasible. For groups arriving on several flights or for major schedule changes, we may recommend staggered departures or a revised vehicle plan and will advise you if the service scope changes.
Can you arrange multiple pickup points, stops or shuttle loops?
Yes. We can plan multiple hotels, venues, restaurants, airports and repeated shuttle movements. Send each location, requested time, passenger count and group name in the correct sequence. We will review driving time, waiting time, bus access and parking before confirming the schedule.
Can maximum passenger capacity and maximum luggage capacity be used together?
Not always. Published seating capacity assumes a normal passenger configuration, while a large luggage load may reduce practical seating or require a separate luggage vehicle. Please give us the number and approximate size of suitcases, equipment, golf bags, wheelchairs or other bulky items so the final configuration can be confirmed.
Can I request a specific bus model or the exact vehicle shown in a photo?
Fleet photographs represent the vehicle category and expected standard. The exact make, model, colour or registration may change according to availability and operating conditions. A specific vehicle feature or model is guaranteed only when it is expressly confirmed in writing; otherwise we may assign an equivalent or suitable higher-capacity vehicle.
Can you arrange a multi-day bus or coach charter?
Yes. Please send the complete day-by-day itinerary, hotels, start and finish times, passenger and luggage counts, and any ferry or border movements. We will check driver hours, overnight arrangements, parking, road access and the practical timing of each day before preparing the quotation.
Can you provide wheelchair access or other special assistance?
Please tell us the passenger needs before booking. Not every minibus, bus or coach has a wheelchair lift or space for an occupied wheelchair, and some destinations have access limitations. We will check suitable vehicle availability and confirm any boarding assistance, storage or accessible-vehicle arrangement in writing.
Do buses include Wi-Fi, USB charging, a toilet or other amenities?
Amenities vary by vehicle category and the individual bus assigned. Air conditioning and standard passenger seating are provided, while Wi-Fi, USB charging, onboard toilet, microphone, entertainment equipment or special seating must be requested in advance and are subject to written confirmation.
Is tipping the driver or support staff required?
No. Gratuities are not required. If the group wishes to thank the driver, attendant, guide or coordinator for good service, any tip is entirely voluntary and may be given directly at the end of the service.
