Itinerary
- Meet your guide at your hotel and travel along the Mae Taeng route to Hug Chang Elephant Care Center. Change into traditional mahout clothing, learn about elephant wellbeing and prepare nutritious herbal sticky-rice balls and supplementary food. Feed the elephants fruit and handmade treats, then make natural herbal soap and observe or help as they bathe in the water. Pause for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall in Sri Lanna National Park. Enjoy the forest scenery, climb the naturally grippy limestone cascades and cool off in the pools before returning to your hotel.
