We can arrange either a mainland pier drop-off or a transfer across to an island hotel in a suitable vehicle. Please provide the hotel name and check the destination on your quotation and booking confirmation. A mainland pier price should not be assumed to include the island hotel journey.

Are the Koh Chang ferry tickets included?

Check the ferry arrangement stated in your quotation. For an agreed through-transfer to an island hotel, we confirm the vehicle crossing and passenger tickets as part of that arrangement. A mainland pier drop-off does not automatically include ferry travel.

Can we travel to Koh Chang after a late flight?

Send your flight number and arrival date before confirming. We need to allow for airport formalities, the drive to the pier and the ferry service on that day. If the connection is not practical, discuss a mainland overnight stay and a later transfer rather than relying on the last ferry.
