Do I need to book an Airport Representative as well?
No. Airport Representative service is already included with your Oriental Escape arrival transfer. Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation after immigration, baggage collection and customs.
Does the limousine include VIP Fast Track?
No. VIP Fast Track is a separate airport assistance service before immigration, with priority-lane access where eligible. The representative included with your transfer meets you in the public arrivals area after formalities.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight changes and coordinate the affected pickup. If you are rebooked onto another flight, your flight is cancelled or your airport changes, contact our team so we can update the arrangements.
Where do I book the limousine?
Use our Transfer booking system for the vehicle journey, providing the airport, destination, date, flight and passenger details. Airport assistance such as Fast Track is booked separately.
