** Please be informed that the Rooftop Deck -3rd Floor (outdoor) & Upper Desk (2nd Floor - Indoor) is currently fully booked.
However, seating is still available in the air-conditioned deck.
All guests on board will still be able to access the rooftop area during the cruise for sightseeing and fireworks viewing. The rooftop has been thoughtfully arranged with standing space to accommodate everyone for the New Year countdown and fireworks show.

** For December 31, 2025 (New Year’s Eve) only, The Opulence Cruise will depart from Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier, instead of ICONSIAM. Please plan your arrival accordingly and allow extra travel time due to holiday traffic.

Cancellation Policy – New Year’s Eve Cruise
Due to exceptionally high demand during the festive season, please be advised of the following strict cancellation terms:
• Once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
• Late arrivals on the day of service who miss the cruise will not be eligible for any refund.
• These conditions are enforced by the cruise operator and are not determined by Oriental Escape.
We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend arriving well in advance to avoid disappointment.
