At the moment, all upper deck seats have already been fully booked. However, even if you are seated on the lower deck, you will still have access to various open areas of the ship, including the front deck and the designated open-air sections on the upper deck, which allow all guests to enjoy the atmosphere and view the New Year’s Eve fireworks during the countdown as well.

1) What are the cancellation rules? CANCELLATION POLICY:If Agent wishes to cancel booked and CONFIRMED services, it must do so in WRITING to ORIENTAL ESCAPE. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
• 2+ days before arrival - no cancellation fee • 1 days before arrival date - 50% of tour price • No Show - 100% of tour price
Special cancellation fees may apply if specified in the quotation. In addition, ORIENTAL ESCAPE may claim losses exceeding the flat rate cancellation fee, whenever proof of such loss can be provided. In such instances, the client is entitled to furnish proof to ORIENTAL ESCAPE that no loss has yet occurred or that it is considerably lower than the excess amount charged. ORIENTAL ESCAPE is entitled to pass on additional costs to the client if charged for by service providers (e.g. fees for unoccupied beds / seats).
