FAQs: Bus Coach
Does the driver speak English, and is the driver also a tour guide?
-
Drivers can handle basic English communication needed for pickup, routing and the journey. A driver is not a licensed tour guide and should not be expected to provide detailed commentary, manage an itinerary or coordinate a large group. An English-speaking on-board attendant is included. Licensed tour guides and onsite transport coordinators can be arranged separately when that level of support is needed.
