"Booking n°26080173 ขอแนะนำความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวในส่วนของการตอบข้อความทาง WhatsApp นะคะ ทราบมาจากน้องที่รอต้อนรับว่าค่าบริการ 500 บาทที่เพิ่มขึ้นมาเป็นเพราะบริษัทอื่นที่ Oriental Escape ร่วมงานด้วยเป็นผู้เรียกเก็บค่าบริการนี้ เพราะคนขับรถต้องรอ อยากจะให้อธิบายมาแบบนี้ ตรงๆเลยค่ะ เพราะเป็นสิ่งที่เข้าใจได้และเป็นเหตุเป็นผล ในข้อความที่สนทนากันใน WhatsApp ไม่มีส่วนไหนเลยที่บอกว่าบริษัทร่วมเป็นผู้เรียกเก็บส่วนที่เพิ่มมานี้ ที่ไม่เหมาะไปกว่านั้นคือการที่ยกว่าเป็นความผิดของผู้รับบริการเอง และผู้รับบริการควรจะ “มีความรับผิดชอบ“ ในการแจ้งผู้ให้บริการในการเกิดการล่าช้าของเที่ยวบิน ซึ่งในส่วนนี้ควรจะเป็นความรับผิดชอบร่วมนะคะ ถ้าทาง Oriental Escape มีช่องให้กรอกรายละเอียดของแต่ละเที่ยวบิน ก็จะต้องมีระบบคอยตรวจสอบในส่วนของเที่ยวบินที่ล่าช้าด้วย ไม่สามารถบอกได้ว่าทางบริษัทจะดูแค่เฉพาะเที่ยวบินที่บินเข้าหรือออกจากไทยโดยตรงเท่านั้น ถ้าทำได้แค่นั้น ต้องไม่มีช่องให้ใส่รายละเอียดทุกเที่ยวบินเพื่อป้องกันความสับสนค่ะ และในสถานการณ์นี้ผู้รับบริการเองก็แจ้งกำหนดการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยเร็วที่สุดแล้ว การจะมาเรียกเก็บส่วนต่างโดยโยนความผิดให้ผู้รับบริการเองทั้งหมดยิ่งไม่เป็นเหตุเป็นผลค่ะ และเหตุผลที่มีอยู่แล้วจริงๆ (ถูกเรียกเก็บจากบริษัทร่วม) ก็สมเหตุสมผลและเข้าใจได้ทันที แต่ไม่ได้ถูกแจ้งให้ทราบเลย อยากให้พิจารณาวิธีการตอบข้อความในอนาคตด้วยค่ะ ทุกครั้งที่ใช้บริการ Oriental Escape รู้สึกประทับใจมาก ยกเว้นครั้งนี้ พออ่านข้อความ WhatApp แล้วเหมือนกับไม่ได้มาจากบริษัทเดียวกันเลยค่ะ ขอบคุณที่อ่านข้อความนะคะ"

Our EVs are always fully charged before service. For distances up to 200–250 km, no charging stop is needed. For longer journeys, we pre-plan charging stops at convenient locations where guests can relax and enjoy refreshments. Charging typically takes no more than 20 minutes.
