"The driver spoke to the phone almost the whole time, don’t make very secure feeling when someone is driving and speaking to the phone, especially when you have a baby in car. Also if you want to sleep in the car it might be a bit disturbing. Also the baby chair was like moving left to right- not totally secured. But overall we were satisfied with the drive:)"

What was disappointing was I changed this reservation to go from 3 people to 4 people but the car was not changed. 4 people plus the driver in small SUV was not comfortable. I expected when we changed the reservation the car would be a van and of course we would pay the difference. I find it odd this was not suggested to me or even an automatic change as your pricing says max 3 people for the SUV option. We made it work but this was not comfortable for 3 adults with an infant in a car seat and the driver. I want to emphasize again the driver was great. "

We asked for a safe driver & we got what we asked for. Lek picked us up at the airport. Car was clean & comfortable. Finding the rep was easy. The journey was extremely enjoyable. We felt so safe. He’s very polite & friendly. We asked for him for our return journey to our hotel in Bangkok. Again perfect. From Bangkok hotel to airport we had a different driver, again safe & comfortable ride. I would only recommend oriental escapes for quality, safe transfers. Thank you "

I contacted your company 4 times and it was finally resolved, and the driver was given the correct information. The car was clean and we reached our destination but we were very worried we had no ride for over an hour. The trip to the airport was seamless. Very nice driver, arrived on time no problems."
