What happens if my cruise ship arrives early or late?

We track your ship's arrival in advance and adjust the pickup arrangements if it is early or late. If the ship is delayed, we wait for you. Docking time is different from the time you are ready after disembarkation, so follow your confirmed pickup arrangements and contact us if you are held up after coming ashore.
