We would like to provide a brief update on the current situation regarding the Thai-Cambodian border and its impact on travel in Thailand.
Travel in Thailand Remains Safe and Uninterrupted.
The Royal Thai Government has confirmed that the recent developments near the Thai-Cambodian border are limited to localized areas in Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Surin, and Buriram provinces.
There is no impact on major tourist destinations or travel services nationwide.
All destinations are open and operational. There are no disruptions to flights, public transport, or infrastructure. Airports, highways, trains, buses, and ferry services are functioning normally. Hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, and cultural sites remain fully open.
Popular cities like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya, Ayutthaya, Khon Kaen, and Udon Thani are welcoming visitors as usual.
