Tip:
Please share your intended destinations in advance. This allows our team to check route feasibility, estimate travel time and brief the assigned driver before the service. The final sequence may change with traffic, opening hours and conditions on the day.

Note:
- Hourly service is calculated from the moment your driver departs your pick-up point until returning to the same location.
- For long-distance one-way journeys (e.g., Bangkok to Chiang Mai), hourly rates do not apply—as the vehicle must return empty to its base. These trips will be quoted separately to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
- You may split your hourly booking into multiple sessions within the same day. For example: use 6 hours in the morning, and another 4 hours in the evening. Idle time between sessions will not be charged.
- In Phuket and Koh Samui, the minimum booking starts from 4 hours.
- Rates apply only to travel on flat or standard city routes. For journeys involving steep mountain roads or high-altitude routes, please check the price with our staff again.
- For travel in Koh Samui and Koh Chang, where fuel prices differ from the mainland, a fuel surcharge of THB 200 / vehicle / hour applies.

"The driver of van was there at the appointed time. Unfortunately our 16 month grandson Vomitted continuously on our trip. The driver pulled up at a service centre to assist us cleaning up the Van and ourselves. It was quite a bad experience and the driver was so polite and helpful. Thank you."

"The car was excellent and we found the driver/location well with the photo provided. I would like to complain about the size of the vehicle though. We were 5 passengers and the driver only had space for 4 seats once he loaded the luggage in. I hadn’t realised until the luggage was loaded that this left my son without a seat and he spent the entire trip in to the city squeezed on the vehicle floor without a seatbelt. This could have been avoided if the car had been larger or if the driver had loaded luggage better. Unfortunately the location on the road outside airport seemed to make this processed too rushed to accommodate our group comfortably and safely. "

"Our meet and greet at the airport on arrival was excellent, as per usual. Our driver Khun Tom was very friendly and drove us to the U Sathorn with ease. Khun Tony drove us from U Sathorn to Hyatt Regency, Hua Hin. He was an excellent driver and safely drove us to Hua Hin. As always the service from Oriental Escape has been exceptionally professional and both drivers were superb. Thank you so very much, we always book with you when visiting Thailand. We would never use another company and have often recommended your services to our friends. Many thanks again, Kap khun ma ka/krab"

"Our group had an airport pickup to Hua Hin. After the drop-off, we realised someone had left their passport on the bus. It took nearly 30 minutes for the driver to turn around and bring it back — but when he arrived, he was still smiling and politely refused to accept any tip for the trouble. I was genuinely touched by the kindness and honesty of the Thai people. A big thank you to the team."

"Our family travels to Thailand every year, and with lots of people and luggage, we usually have to book two vans. But now, we can finally travel together in one bus with Oriental Escape! Booking the bus online was easy and convenient. The driver was polite, drove safely (not too fast), and made us feel secure throughout the trip. It was such a relief to have everyone together and not worry about managing multiple vehicles. If I may suggest one thing—it would be great to have more snacks available on board for the kids!"

"We’ve travelled to Hua Hin from BkK airport many times over the years with many different companies. Some were pretty frightening. Oriental escapes is the only one I would use again. We asked for a safe driver & we got what we asked for. Lek picked us up at the airport. Car was clean & comfortable. Finding the rep was easy. The journey was extremely enjoyable. We felt so safe. He’s very polite & friendly. We asked for him for our return journey to our hotel in Bangkok. Again perfect. From Bangkok hotel to airport we had a different driver, again safe & comfortable ride. I would only recommend oriental escapes for quality, safe transfers. Thank you "
