Note:
- Hourly service is calculated from the moment your driver departs your pick-up point until returning to the same location.
- For long-distance one-way journeys (e.g., Bangkok to Chiang Mai), hourly rates do not apply—as the vehicle must return empty to its base. These trips will be quoted separately to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
- You may split your hourly booking into multiple sessions within the same day. For example: use 6 hours in the morning, and another 4 hours in the evening. Idle time between sessions will not be charged.
- In Phuket and Koh Samui, the minimum booking starts from 4 hours.
- Rates apply only to travel on flat or standard city routes. For journeys involving steep mountain roads or high-altitude routes, please check the price with our staff again.
- For travel in Koh Samui and Koh Chang, where fuel prices differ from the mainland, a fuel surcharge of THB 200 / vehicle / hour applies.

- Hourly car rental services are limited to major cities such as Bangkok, and the standard rates are not applicable for pick-ups at locations that incur an entrance fee, such as Laem Chabang Port. For hourly rentals beginning outside of Bangkok, please contact our Transport Department to obtain the correct pricing.
- For routes with special conditions or limitations, such as high mountain terrains or steep inclines, unpaved off-road paths, ferry crossings over rivers or seas, or long-distance nighttime driving, these factors may influence the availability and pricing of our car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.
- For certain services — such as luxury limousine vehicles, large buses, or long-distance intercity transfers — we reserve the right not to accept cash payments and may require prepayment by credit card or bank transfer only to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

- Can an Executive Van fit 9 passengers along with our luggage?
- Yes, our Executive Van comfortably accommodates up to 9 passengers with standard-sized luggage. However, if your group is traveling with multiple large or oversized suitcases, space may be limited, and booking 2 vans would be the better and more comfortable choice for your journey. We encourage you to review the vehicle’s interior layout and trunk capacity in advance at https://www.orientalescape.com/transfer/fleet/van2/toyota-commuter . Please note that if your luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity on the service day, any additional vehicle needed will be at the customer's expense, as we cannot be responsible for last-minute transport adjustments. To ensure a smooth trip, we strongly recommend confirming your total bag count with us prior to your travel date.

Baby Car Seats
We are pleased to offer complimentary convertible baby car seats for children aged 9 months to 4 years (weight: 9-18kg / 20-40lb) at no additional cost.
The first convertible baby car seat is free of charge. For an additional car seat, there is a supplement charge of THB 300 per seat.
For children over 5 years old, a convertible baby car seat is not necessary. They can safely use our standard seat belts.

- We are 3 persons in total. Should we book a car or van
- Normally a car should be enough for 3 passenger + some laggages. We also have a family car which available for 2-3 adults+kids. If you have many large-sized luggages, please book a van for more comfortable trip.
- As the round trip booking, can I pay half on my arrival, and then pay the other half on my departure from hotel to airport
- You need to make full payment for round trip transfer to guarantee your booking on 1st service date. After the payment you will received the receipt and all contact number from the driver. The receipt will guarantee that the return trip will be arrange on the departure date.
- What if my luggage does not fit
- It is best to let we know if you will be traveling with a lot of luggage. Most vehicle have a regular size trunk, so if you think you will have excessive luggage, let the limo company know in advance
- Can your driver speak English?

All MEKHE drivers are trained to understand and speak some basic
English conversations such as directions, answer your basic queries, weather and some information about Thailand’s attractions. This is to ensure your smooth trip with us without any fuss. However, we are seeking your kind understanding about the efficiency in English of the driver that it cannot be compared to our tour-guide. They may not answerable to some underlying messages or idioms and unable to give detailed information about some places. So if you have any point that really needed to be clear and understood by us, please submit your message directly to our mailbox and indeed we will transmit it to our driver for their full awareness prior to the trip. I would like to complain about the size of the vehicle though. We were 5 passengers and the driver only had space for 4 seats once he loaded the luggage in. I hadn’t realised until the luggage was loaded that this left my son without a seat and he spent the entire trip in to the city squeezed on the vehicle floor without a seatbelt.
This could have been avoided if the car had been larger or if the driver had loaded luggage better. Unfortunately the location on the road outside airport seemed to make this processed too rushed to accommodate our group comfortably and safely. "We’ve travelled to Hua Hin from BkK airport many times over the years with many different companies. Some were pretty frightening.
Oriental escapes is the only one I would use again. We asked for a safe driver & we got what we asked for. Lek picked us up at the airport. Car was clean & comfortable. Finding the rep was easy.
The journey was extremely enjoyable.
We felt so safe. He’s very polite & friendly. We asked for him for our return journey to our hotel in Bangkok. Again perfect.
From Bangkok hotel to airport we had a different driver, again safe & comfortable ride.
I would only recommend oriental escapes for quality, safe transfers.
