Private Transfer from Don Mueang Airport to Koh Samui
There are currently no direct flights from Don Mueang Airport (DMK) to Koh Samui. However, you can still reach the island comfortably with our private road and ferry transfer options.
Oriental Escape provides two convenient ways to travel from Don Mueang Airport to Koh Samui:
Option 1: Private car transfer to Donsak Pier in Surat Thani. You board the ferry as a foot passenger, and we arrange a second vehicle to pick you up on Koh Samui and take you to your hotel.
Option 2: Full door-to-door private transfer using the same vehicle from Don Mueang all the way to your hotel in Koh Samui—including the ferry ride. This option offers maximum comfort and privacy.
Departure time can be planned in two ways:
- Leave late at night, sleep in the car, and take the first ferry in the morning
- Leave early morning and arrive at the resort in the evening
Ferry service operates between 05:00 and 19:00. Vehicles must queue at least 30–60 minutes before boarding. During high season, ferries are frequent but can sell out—advanced booking is advised.
We’re happy to stop for breaks, meals, or scenic photo spots along the way—no extra charges.
The journey is long but scenic. In some cases, two professional drivers may be assigned for safety and comfort.
