The distance between Bangkok and Chiang Mai is approximately 700 kilometers, and the trip by road takes around 9–10 hours depending on traffic and chosen stops. You may choose to depart in the evening and sleep during the ride, or leave early morning to arrive by evening. We allow you to stop for rest breaks, meals, or coffee along the way at no additional charge. If you wish to add tourist stops—such as Ayutthaya, Sukhothai, or Kamphaeng Phet—we can arrange it for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly. Because this is a long-distance route, our service is not available for last-minute booking. The driver must be fully rested, and we must prepare the right vehicle and route. Please note that our vehicles are not “freight” trips. Once your journey ends in Chiang Mai, the car returns to Bangkok without passengers.
