I would like to complain about the size of the vehicle though. We were 5 passengers and the driver only had space for 4 seats once he loaded the luggage in. "I used to endure the long and tedious queues at Suvarnabhumi Airport’s immigration, especially during holiday seasons. It was always such a hassle. But using the Fastrack service made everything so much more convenient. It only took 20 minutes from the airplane gate to the car. I also booked the transfer service to the hotel with Oriental Escape, and the car was new with a very skilled and courteous driver. It was much better than using Grab.

"We did a 4 hour layover Tour with Rabbit in Bangkok. It was an amazing experience and it is absolutely worth the money. We got picked up at the airport with a driver and a private tour guide. We did an amazing tour with the boat, saw tempels and did a tour through Chinatown. Rabbit told us a lot about BKK and also took a lot of pictures from us. "We’ve travelled to Hua Hin from BkK airport many times over the years with many different companies. Some were pretty frightening.
Oriental escapes is the only one I would use again. We asked for a safe driver & we got what we asked for. Lek picked us up at the airport. Car was clean & comfortable. Finding the rep was easy.
The journey was extremely enjoyable.
We felt so safe. He’s very polite & friendly. We asked for him for our return journey to our hotel in Bangkok. Again perfect.
From Bangkok hotel to airport we had a different driver, again safe & comfortable ride.
I would only recommend oriental escapes for quality, safe transfers.

"We were to be picked up at the port at 10:00am. The driver was given the wrong information, he was walking around in the heat and we were standing in the heat for over an hour with his sign reading Carlos. Our names are Jane and Don.
I contacted your company 4 times and it was finally resolved, and the driver was given the correct information.
The car was clean and we reached our destination but we were very worried we had no ride for over an hour.
