To help us plan your trip more effectively, we recommend sharing your intended destinations with us in advance. This allows our team to optimize the route for smoother travel flow, minimize traffic delays, and arrange your itinerary in the most logical sequence. With this preparation, your assigned driver can focus on delivering a seamless journey—so you can spend more time enjoying and less time in transit.

Note:
- Hourly service is calculated from the moment your driver departs your pick-up point until returning to the same location.
- For long-distance one-way journeys (e.g., Bangkok to Chiang Mai), hourly rates do not apply—as the vehicle must return empty to its base. These trips will be quoted separately to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
- You may split your hourly booking into multiple sessions within the same day. For example: use 6 hours in the morning, and another 4 hours in the evening. Idle time between sessions will not be charged.
- In Phuket and Koh Samui, the minimum booking starts from 4 hours.
- Rates apply only to travel on flat or standard city routes. For journeys involving steep mountain roads or high-altitude routes, please check the price with our staff again.
- For travel in Koh Samui and Koh Chang, where fuel prices differ from the mainland, a fuel surcharge of THB 200 / vehicle / hour applies.

Note:
To help us provide the best possible service for your trip, we kindly ask that you share a simple, tentative daily plan—such as approximate pick-up times and the places you’d like to visit each day. This will allow us to brief your assigned driver (basic English-speaking, professional, and familiar with long-distance routes) in advance, ensuring a smooth and well-prepared journey. No need to finalize every detail—flexibility is always possible during the trip.

Tip:
If you plan to hire a vehicle for multiple days but will only use it for a few hours each day, we recommend booking our hourly service instead—it’s often more cost-effective.

1. CASH : You can pay for transfer services directly to our driver upon meeting/pick-up.
2. CREDIT CARD : We accept payment by VISA & Master.

Remark
- Prices(฿ THB - Thai Baht) apply for both directions and cover one vehicle.
- Hourly car rental services are limited to major cities such as Bangkok, and the standard rates are not applicable for pick-ups at locations that incur an entrance fee, such as Laem Chabang Port. For hourly rentals beginning outside of Bangkok, please contact our Transport Department to obtain the correct pricing.
- For routes with special conditions or limitations, such as high mountain terrains or steep inclines, unpaved off-road paths, ferry crossings over rivers or seas, or long-distance nighttime driving, these factors may influence the availability and pricing of our car rental services in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Koh Samui, Phuket, and Krabi.
- For certain services — such as luxury limousine vehicles, large buses, or long-distance intercity transfers — we reserve the right not to accept cash payments and may require prepayment by credit card or bank transfer only to avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
