"The driver was great! Very kind and helpful. What was disappointing was I changed this reservation to go from 3 people to 4 people but the car was not changed. 4 people plus the driver in small SUV was not comfortable. I expected when we changed the reservation the car would be a van and of course we would pay the difference. I find it odd this was not suggested to me or even an automatic change as your pricing says max 3 people for the SUV option. We made it work but this was not comfortable for 3 adults with an infant in a car seat and the driver. I want to emphasize again the driver was great. "
